A handwoven Zemmour kilim from Morocco's Middle Atlas, set on a deep crimson wool ground and structured by alternating bands of plain flatweave and densely brocaded panels worked with interlocking diamonds, hooked motifs, and stepped lozenges in ivory, saffron, emerald, indigo, and rose. The brocade work is exceptionally fine — every band carries its own internal vocabulary, the symbols small and tightly packed, the colors bright against the steady red field. Tightly flatwoven, lightweight, and reversible, with a clean selvedge finish at the foot. Suited equally to a living room floor, a sofa drape, or a full wall installation where the band rhythm becomes the composition.
