A three-tiered lantern in aged brass, its faceted body flat along the back and mounted flush against the wall. A finely latticed crown tops the piece, opening into a wider latticed midsection banded by a plain horizontal strip of brass, before the shape narrows into a tapered lower body finished with a small pointed drop. That tiered structure, crown, band, body, drop, gives the piece a strong sense of architecture, closer to a small tower than a simple lantern shape.
