Tall Standing Lantern with Clear Glass

Small: 7"W x 31"H x 7"D

Large: 8.5"W x 38"H x 8.5"D

SKU#: LIG175

A tall, hexagonal standing lantern in aged brass, its clear glass panels framed by fine pierced metalwork at the crown and stepped base, with a decorative ring at the top echoing the hanging lanterns elsewhere in the collection even though this piece stands on its own. The clear glass lets light spread openly in every direction rather than filtering it through color or dense piercing, giving the lantern a brighter, more transparent presence than the stained glass and cast zinc pieces nearby. The stepped brass base adds real visual weight at the bottom, anchoring the tall, narrow silhouette.

Standing on the floor rather than hanging or mounting to a wall, it works well flanking a doorway, anchoring a reading corner, or standing alone where its height and clean glass can be appreciated from across a room. Available in two sizes, it's sold ready to wire with a standard socket and bulb, though the lighting kit itself is sold separately.
