A tall open floor vase in the Moroccan tradition, hand-thrown in a classic baluster form with a wide flared neck. The upper half — neck, shoulder, and rim — is fully encased in heavily textured dark bronze and copper metalwork, its surface hammered and pitted to a raw, almost industrial finish. The scalloped lower edge of the metal drops onto the cream-glazed lower body, where a row of small metal rivets circles the waist. A metal foot ring anchors the base.

No painted decoration, no filigree, no color. The drama comes entirely from the contrast between the dark, textured metal and the bare cream ceramic — two materials, cleanly divided, each doing its own thing.

It's the most contemporary-feeling piece in the collection — the raw metalwork and minimal palette would sit just as easily in a modern or industrial interior as a traditional Moorish or Mediterranean one. A strong floor statement for an entryway, living room corner, or beside a fireplace.
