A tapered cone of hand cut iron with a sharp, jagged crown and a face pierced almost entirely in narrow vertical slivers, giving the surface a texture closer to feathers or foliage than a formal medallion pattern. There's no central motif here, just dense, repeating linear cuts running top to bottom, tapering naturally with the shape of the cone. The metal carries a dark, worn patina.

Because the piercing has no focal point, the light it throws is more textural than pictorial, a fine vertical shimmer rather than a distinct pattern. That makes it read as quieter and more atmospheric than the rosette or star-based pieces in the line, better suited to a space where you want the glow itself rather than a projected motif to do the work.

Each piece is cut, pierced, and shaped by hand by metalworkers in Morocco, drawing on the same techniques that have produced lanterns and architectural ironwork there for generations. Small variations in the cut work and finish are inherent to the process.
