A spherical body of hand pierced brass, densely perforated in an allover lattice of small teardrop and diamond cutouts, capped with a tall pointed spire at the top and finished with a long tapered drop below set with a polished stone accent ball. The piece mounts to the wall on a curled decorative iron bracket rather than sitting flush against the surface, giving it real dimension and a pendant-like presence rather than reading as a flat panel. The metal carries a warm, aged brass patina, with the stone accent adding a single point of saturated color against the metalwork.

The open lattice piercing lets light escape in all directions around the spherical body, throwing pattern outward rather than concentrating it on one side the way a flatter cone or shield sconce does. Combined with the height of the piece, top spire to bottom drop, it reads as a genuine focal fixture rather than a supporting accent, suited to a foyer, a stairwell landing, or anywhere with the wall space to let its full length hang.

Each piece is cut, pierced, and shaped by hand by metalworkers in Morocco, drawing on the same techniques that have produced lanterns and architectural ironwork there for generations. Small variations in the cut work and finish are inherent to the process.
