A tall cylindrical Moroccan umbrella stand, hand-painted in a dense geometric star lattice across the entire surface. The pattern is classic Andalusi-Moorish star geometry — interlocking eight- and twelve-pointed stars tiled in cobalt blue, sage green, terracotta, amber orange, and ivory — with the heavy crazing and worn patina of a piece made the traditional way.

Brass-framed rims cap the top and bottom, with fine scroll and filigree detailing at the upper edge. The metalwork is restrained — the painted geometry does the work here, and it covers every inch of the cylinder.

Functional as an umbrella stand, walking stick holder, or rolled-map and document storage, and striking enough to use as a pure decorative floor object. One of the more graphic and eye-catching pieces in the collection. At home in traditional, Andalusi, Moorish revival, bohemian, and Mediterranean interiors.
