A large open planter in the Moroccan ceramic tradition, hand-thrown in a wide, low-bellied form and finished in a rich turquoise glaze. The color is the standout — a warm blue-green that shifts slightly across the surface, with the matte-to-gloss variation and gentle weathering that come from being made the traditional way.

A single wide band of hand-worked brass and copper wraps the shoulder, detailed with embossed palmettes, scrolls, and diamond shapes between beaded wire borders, with a scalloped lower edge dropping onto the body. The interior is glazed the same turquoise throughout.

Wide-mouthed and substantial, this works as a planter for a large indoor plant, a decorative vessel for dried stems or branches, or simply as a floor object on its own. The turquoise and brass read well indoors or in a covered outdoor space.
