A larger brass moon than its companion, finished with a fine scalloped lace edge running the full circumference instead of a plain rim, framing a dense sunburst of piercing that radiates outward from the center in tight, repeating rays. Where the smaller disc scatters its scrollwork evenly with no focal point, this one pulls the eye to the middle, then lets the lace border catch the light a second time at the edge. At fifteen and a half inches across, it has real presence as a single piece.

Lit, the radiating piercing throws a genuine sunburst onto the wall, rays fanning outward from a bright center, while the scalloped edge adds a second, finer ring of light just inside the rim.
