A green-and-ivory double-gourd lidded urn, hand-thrown and hand-painted in the Fassi style of Fez. Both rounded bulbs are washed in soft sage and seafoam green over a creamy ivory ground, with the gentle crazing and warm patina that come from being made the traditional way.

The painted design plays geometry against texture — crisp diagonal line-work and triangular panels framing fields of looping, mottled green stippling, with a scalloped band wrapping the shoulder. The waist is belted with a wide collar of hand-worked brass and silvered metal, detailed with draped swags, beaded wire, and embossed leaf shapes, and a scalloped apron of metal drops down over the lower bulb. A domed lid finishes it with a metal-capped finial.

It's a softer, more earthy take on the form — the green palette reads calmer than the bold cobalt pieces, and the metalwork still gives it real presence. Great on an entry console, mantel, sideboard, or shelf, and at home in traditional, Moorish, bohemian, and Mediterranean rooms.
