Faceted Lantern Sconce with Glass Panels

Moroccan Faceted Lantern Sconce with Glass Panels

Size: 8"W x 16"H x 3"D

SKU#: WL924

A classic Moroccan lantern, drawn flat against the wall. Fine floral fretwork crowns the top and edges the base, cut so densely that the metal looks almost like lace, while panels of frosted glass at the center soften the light into a quiet, even glow. Offered in warm brass or silver plated brass, each finish gives the piercing its own character: golden and rich in one, cool and luminous in the other.

Every angle is cleanly drawn and carefully finished, the work of hands that have made these shapes for generations. Switched off, it stands as a sculpted relief on the wall. Lit, it casts gentle pattern and shadow across the room and gives the space a sense of occasion.

Place a pair beside a doorway or mirror for a composed, formal symmetry, or let a single piece anchor a hallway that has been waiting for something worth looking at.
