A multi-faceted lantern in aged brass, built from several angled panels that meet at a scalloped, crown-like row of peaks along the top edge. Each panel is framed in fine pierced scrollwork with a plain pale glass or alabaster insert at its center, so the piece combines an open, diffused glow at the panels with sharper pinpoints of light where the brass is pierced. The shade narrows below into a small pierced drop, echoing the detailing above.

The faceted, multi-panel construction gives this piece real dimension and a genuine lantern presence, closer in spirit to the arabesque lanterns elsewhere in the collection but built from flat angled faces rather than a curved silhouette. The combination of soft glass glow and fine brass piercing around each panel's edge gives it a layered, dual-toned light output, distinct from both the fully open pierced pieces and the fully diffused glass ones in the line.
