2x2 Creme Zellige Mosaic Tile

Creme is the soft butter tone of the Zellige spectrum — a warm, ivory-yellow that recalls aged parchment, hand-churned butter, and the limewashed walls of southern Spanish villages. Each tile is hand-cut and hand-glazed by artisans in Fez, where the craft has passed from master to apprentice for nearly a thousand years. No two are identical. The slow shifts from cream to vanilla to pale honey, and the soft pooling of glaze along each edge, are the visible fingerprints of the maker's hand.

Mounted on mesh sheets for straightforward installation, Creme 2×2 is suited for kitchen backsplashes, powder rooms, hammam showers, and fireplace surrounds where a soft, warm neutral is the goal. The larger 2×2 format reads as a cleaner, more architectural grid than the smaller mosaics — ideal where the wall itself should hold presence. It pairs naturally with unlacquered brass, walnut, travertine, and lime plaster.
