A tall, boxy lantern shade in aged brass, its squared body pierced in dense floral scrollwork on each face and topped with a wider, flared cap that overhangs the body like a small roof. The underside of that cap is fitted with a grated, vent-like panel rather than solid metal, giving the piece a functional, almost architectural detail not seen elsewhere in the collection.
