Each tile is hand-cut and hand-glazed by artisans in Fez, where the craft has passed from master to apprentice for nearly a thousand years. No two are identical. The slight irregularities of edge and the faint shifts from milk to bone are the visible fingerprints of the maker's hand.

Mounted on mesh sheets for straightforward installation, Blanca 2×2 is suited for kitchen backsplashes, powder rooms, hammam showers, and fireplace surrounds. The larger 2×2 format reads as a cleaner, more architectural grid than the smaller mosaics — ideal where the wall itself should hold presence. It pairs naturally with unlacquered brass, warm woods, and travertine.
