A deep, almost blackened blue-green. This is the color at the bottom of a well-worn hammam basin, or a lake at dusk once the sky's gone dark above it — heavy, quiet, more shadow than color. Teal is the darkest tile in our blue-green family, richer than Aqua and steadier than Fiji's variegation, built for anyone wanting real depth from a single glaze rather than pattern or contrast. Up close, each tile drifts from a deep, mossy green to a near blue-black, giving a full Teal wall its sense of depth rather than one flat dark.

Mounted on mesh sheets for a straightforward, clean installation, Teal 1×1 suits kitchen backsplashes, powder rooms, hammam-style showers, and fireplace surrounds equally well. It pairs beautifully with unlacquered brass, walnut, and honed limestone.

Each sheet covers one square foot. As with all handmade zellige, no two tiles are ever quite alike — the natural variation in tone and texture is the hallmark of the craft, not a flaw. We recommend ordering ten percent beyond your total square footage to allow for cuts and pattern matching, and sealing prior to grouting for wet installations.
